0.236 from 1900 to 2800 fps.
0.180 at 1900 fps. and below.

.224 40 grain Sierra BlitzKing:
0.196 at 3350 fps. and above.
0.182 from 2750 to 3350 fps.
0.177 from 2250 to 2750 fps.
0.171 at 2250 fps. and below.
